		<description>It shouldn&#039;t be too hard to figure out why a Hague Convention was the instrument chosen to regulate international adoption, it is a commercial activity. And the same sort of regulation needed for other commercial activities is needed until the profit motive is removed from adoption both domestic and international. The USA could set an example for the rest of the world that might convince UNICEF and others that it is not a neo-colonialist activity.&lt;br /&gt;
